Dental Assistant

I am proud to say that I have been an LDA with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since 2011. My favorite part of assisting Dr. Wahl is improving the self-confidence of patients, as well as their ability to function properly.

When I am not at the office, you can find me at the local co-ops and farmers markets. I love to cook and bake. Every chance I get to be active outdoors, I take. I adore my family: my husband Matt and our daughters Maizy and Willa.

Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant since 2014 and have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since 2017. As a dental assistant, I love getting to know our patients and their families. I enjoy coming to work every day and working with a great team. Working with Dr. Wahl has continued to be an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients.

I grew up in Spring Lake Park. In my free time, I enjoy playing hockey, fishing, eating, and traveling. I also like to spend as much time as possible with my family, including my two sons, Mason and Chace.

Dental Assistant

Since becoming a dental assistant in 2010, I have always wanted to work in orthodontics. Having braces as a teen myself changed my life and built my confidence. I enjoy helping our patients achieve that same experience. Working alongside Dr. Wahl and the whole team at Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics has been a great experience and very educational for me.

I currently live in Stacy with my two cats, Milo and Boots, and black lab, Kirby. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading good books, and being outdoors. I recently got engaged to my fiancé Tony and will be busy planning the wedding.

Financial Coordinator

I love working with Dr. Wahl because of the staff and patients! I enjoy getting to know patients and their families, as well as the fun work atmosphere. I started in the dental field in 1979, but have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since 2004. One of my favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the great work of Dr. Wahl, and the happiness a new smile brings to the patients. I also enjoy working with Dr. Wahl because of his hard work and dedication to creating the best smiles.

I grew up in Columbia Heights and have called New Brighton home since 1986. My husband Mark and I have two sons, Tom (Katie) and Nick (Mekayla), a daughter Lacey (Darin), two dogs Roxy and Ryder, and three grandkids: Kallen, Maverick, and Kennedy. I love spending time with my family and am very grateful to hold a tradition of Sunday night dinners in our home with all the kids and grandkids. In my other free time, I enjoy spending time at our Mille Lacs cabin, cooking, and gardening.

Patient Coordinator

I have been in customer service for more than 25 years and became a part of the Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics team in November 2017. Every day is a great new adventure being a patient coordinator, from greeting you upon arrival to scheduling your next appointment and everything in between. It is a reward beyond words when treatment is completed and we see the smile that shines as the final product. I am so very fortunate and proud to be a part of this team that is so caring, knowledgeable, and thoughtful to their patients and each other.

I have lived in Blaine for 20 years with my husband Bruce, daughter Chloe, and son Casey. Our other three cat family members are Quincy, Betty, and Wilma. My kids are now both teens and all three of our cats are just like two-year-old toddlers; so let the excitement begin!

Dental Assistant

I have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since 2017. I am currently working on obtaining my LDA license. I love being able to show everyone around the office on their first visit, and helping them feel comfortable as they begin their journey with us. I enjoy being a part of this fun, caring, and compassionate team. It is an honor to work with Dr. Wahl because of his dedication to the team, his patients, and the community.

I have lived in Arden Hills all my life. As a recent graduate from Irondale, I have decided to coach basketball for them. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, coaching, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

Dental Assistant / Professional Relations and Marketing

In addition to assisting Dr. Wahl chairside, I am responsible for professional relations and marketing. I truly love my job and feel thankful every day. I love talking to and learning from each and every patient and parent. They inspire me! I love seeing our patients’ confidence change throughout the process of improving their smiles. On a professional relations side, I thoroughly enjoy the relationships I have developed within the dental community. My favorite part of marketing is how much Dr. Wahl gives back to the community and to be able to be a part of it.

My career at Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics began in May 2002 (my first job after graduating from dental assisting school). It is a privilege to work alongside Dr. Wahl. He is so patient focused: making sure every treatment plan is specific to each individual patient and making them feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. He also goes above and beyond, being board certified and learning about the best treatment options with the most advanced technology.

My family includes my husband Jeremiah, my children Josie and Jase, and two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy playing and coaching hockey, yoga, running, bowling, biking, playing softball, going to the cabin, and being surrounded by family and friends. I also enjoy volunteering my time; I volunteer at my kids’ school, coaching, church, PTA, and wherever I can help.

Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for several years and have always worked in an orthodontic office. I knew right away that I wanted to assist in orthodontics because I truly enjoyed having my braces as a child (which is where my inspiration sparked to become a dental assistant). I’ve been working at Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics for a few years and what a pleasure it has been. I’m so honored to work alongside Dr. Wahl every day and this awesome team we have here. I love being able to assist chairside with Dr. Wahl and see all of our wonderful patients daily. When I’m not assisting in the clinic, I also help with printing our 3D models, which is something I really enjoy. It’s so great to be part of a team that is so caring, passionate, and knowledgeable.

I was born and raised in Blaine, which is where I still reside. I recently moved in with my boyfriend Dan and his son Wesley. We have two dogs; a Golden Retriever (Bender) and a Catahoula Leopard Dog (Atari). It’s definitely a full house, to say the least! In my free time, I enjoy touring local breweries, throwing darts, taking my pups to the dog park, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

Treatment Coordinator

I have worked alongside Dr. Wahl since graduating from dental assisting school in 2011. My role has developed over the years from assisting to treatment coordinating. I enjoy helping guide our patients from their very first new-patient appointment to their perfect smile. I believe the tailored one-on-one customer service we provide to each and every patient, along with the new technology (intraoral scanners, 3D printers, and digital X-rays) at our office really sets us apart from other orthodontic offices. I truly love being a part of this team and getting to know our patients!

I live in Fridley with my husband Steve, alongside our two cats, Chunk and Zazu, and our dog, Shay. In our free time, we love to travel, complete home projects, play volleyball, and spend time at our cabin in Hackensack!

Patient Coordinator

I have been a dental assistant since 2007 and have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since January 2016. As a patient coordinator, I am one of the first welcoming voices you hear when calling and one of the first smiles you see when you walk into the office. I enjoy being a part of a team that is fun, friendly, and truly compassionate about what we do. It is a joy working with Dr. Wahl and experiencing his dedication to his patients, the community, and our team.

Originally from Isanti, I now live in Champlin with my husband Tom and our son Jake. We have two Siamese cats, Peanut and Walter, as well as a Redbone Coonhound / Lab mix, Simba. In my free time, I enjoy baking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Front Office Manager

As the front office manager for Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics, it is my job to oversee the front office operations. I am committed to making our patients and their families experience our office in a positive way. I joined the team in 2014 and have nearly two decades of experience in orthodontics offices. My goal is to incorporate the knowledge and customer service I’ve acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families. I really enjoy being a part of such a great team!

I reside in St. Michael with my husband Lorne and our two sons, Derek and Dylan. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time with family and friends, camping at our seasonal in Ashby, and biking.

Treatment Coordinator

I have worked in the field of orthodontics since 1989. I have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since 2011. I greet all our new patients and their families, help them get acquainted with our office, and communicate with referring dentists, physicians, and any other specialists needed during treatment. My favorite thing about working with Dr. Wahl is that he pays very close attention to details, listens, and changes lives one smile at a time. I’m very proud to be a part of this team.

My family includes my husband Brian, three girls — Malia, Madeline, and Makenna — and two stepsons, Dylan and Garret. We also have three dogs, one adopted from Mexico. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, especially to Mexico, and just enjoying life.

Dental Assistant

I have always had a passion for orthodontics. As a patient with braces once myself, it is truly gratifying to be able to help others in their experience to perfect their smile. I have been assisting for Dr. Wahl as a team member of the Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since April 2013. It has been amazing to be a part of such a talented team. As an assistant for the doctor, the most rewarding part is to see the confidence the patients gain when they complete treatment.

I currently live in Oakdale with my other half David, our two daughters Aisley and Annika, and our three cats. I enjoy keeping active with softball, hockey, running around with my girls, and being surrounded by the people I care about the most: my friends and family.

Dental Assistant

I love the people I work with and being able to see our patients on a monthly basis so I can really get to know them. I’ve gotten to know so many people as I assist during their appointments. I have worked in the field of dentistry since 1987 and have been with Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics since June 1987. The best thing about orthodontics is helping patients with their self-esteem and seeing them grow into their new smiles. I love the wonderful family atmosphere here at Village and Minneapolis Orthodontics, too!

I grew up in New Brighton but have lived in Fridley since 2009 with my dogs, Chico and Princess. I got married to Myron in the fall of 2013 and I love being married. Myron has introduced me to snowmobiling, which is one of my favorite hobbies nowadays. We do a lot of volunteering and fundraising for the ALS Blackwoods Blizzard Tour each year.
